• Are you currently accepting new patients?

  We are always looking forward to meeting the friends and family of our current patients! Please be sure to mention how you heard about us, so that we can send a thank you. Unreferred new patients are welcome as well.

• How long will my first visit take?

  Most initial appointments take about an hour. We want to reserve enough time for our team to get you know you, and for you to get know us, too.

• Will I have my teeth cleaned on the first visit?

  We treat each and every patient as an individual, and we will tailor your visits to your needs and requests. Some patients spend several hours with our dental hygienist, while others need only a brief preventive appointment. State law requires us to perform a thorough examination and diagnosis before any treatment is started.

• What should I bring with me?

  Please bring your completed new patient forms, a list of your current medications, and dental insurance information (if applicable). The name and phone number of your medical doctor may also be helpful.

• Can I have my previous dentist send my records to your office?

  Sure you can, but you will most likely need to contact him or her for authorization. Just bring the contact information with you on your first visit, and we’ll be happy to help you out with this process.

• Do you run on time?

  We pride ourselves on it! Your time is very valuable to you, and we respect that. Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in case we need you to complete any paperwork. This helps to ensure that we have the full hour together and are able to make the most of your visit.

• Do you take payments?

  Absolutely. We offer a number of different ways to finance your dental treatment. Please visit our Your First Visit page to review our payment information, or call our office today to discuss your options.

• Do you accept dental insurance?

  We accept a number of insurances, including Delta, Aetna and Cigna. Please call our office for an updated list or to discuss your plan (614-878-8303).

Dr. Bradley Blair earned his bachelor’s degree in zoology at Ohio University, then went on to complete the accelerated three-year program at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
